From the Mississippi River in the west, to the Cumberland Gap and the Great Smoky Mountains in the east, Tennessee is the prime destination to discover everything from world-class music, awe-inspiring scenic beauty and thrilling outdoor adventures.

No other place can claim to be the capital of American music like Tennessee. Enjoy one of the state’s more than 1,200 nightly live music performances. Experience the Beale Street blues and Elvis’ legendary home, Graceland, in Memphis. Then have a look at The Elvis Auto Museum, Sincerely Elvis, and Elvis' Custom Jets. Music City is country and much more, including a pop/rock scene igniting with bands such as Be Your Own Pet, Kings of Leon and Luna Halo. Music Row’s music business includes country, gospel and pop music in abundance.

Music festivals throughout the state of Tennessee include the Country Music Association’s Music Festival in Nashville, the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, and Riverbend in Chattanooga, a nine-day festival featuring music artists from across the globe.
