The Hot and Hot Fish Club takes a modern approach to blending French, Southern and California styles of cooking, set against the backdrop of downtown Birmingham. The restaurant's by-the-glass list changes seasonally to suit its Southern farm-to-table cuisine with French influences.
Wine Enthusiast editors asked each restaurant in the top 100 which dish would start a riot if it was taken off the menu, the hot and Hot Fish Club said "The Hot and Hot Tomato Salad with thick heirloom tomato slices tossed in basil-balsamic vinaigrette with corn, peas, fried okra and apple-smoked bacon is our signature dish.
