Live Nation announces BluesFest 2013 Line Up with four days and nights of music inspired by the Blues at London's Royal Albert Hall, Tuesday 29th October–Friday 1st November 2013.

The Royal Albert Hall will host its first full-scale music festival this autumn when BluesFest 2013 takes over the building.

The festival will take place Tuesday 29th October–Friday 1st November and will feature some of music’s leading names including Robert Plant, Bobby Womack, Gregory Porter, Mavis Staples, Chris Rea and Van Morrison celebrating music inspired by the Blues.

BluesFest, now in its third year, will take over the entire Hall in a full festival format for the first time ever. During the day Daytime Stroller tickets will be sold, granting access to four rooms outside of the main auditorium, including the Elgar Room. These spaces will host a variety of one-off intimate sessions featuring blues & soul-inspired acts such as James Hunter, Marcus Bonfanti, Georgie Fame, Huey Morgan and Dr Feelgood, as well as question & answer sessions, tuition from top musicians and much more. David Hepworth will be conducting an in conversation with… David chats to influential, passionate and renowned music fans, artists and broadcasters and shares their 'ultimate vinyl collection'. North America Guitars will showcase some of the finest instruments around from their unique collection and handmade acoustic and electric guitars. Plus a chance to see the instruments in action with some exclusive BluesFest sessions from a variety of emerging new talent including Ben Montague.

Two auditorium concerts will be held each evening, featuring the headliners listed below. BluesFest is the only opportunity for visitors to see the Royal Albert Hall host an event in this way.

In addition the Royal Albert Hall will open it's incredible vault of memorabilia from an unrivalled history that includes rock and roll artefacts from Eric Clapton, The Stones, BB King, Muddy Waters and many more.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 19th July and start from £30 for headline shows, with a separate adult Daytime Stroller ticket available for £10 and free Daytime entry for children. Visit or to get yours!
