Get to know Tennessee's exciting new attractions!

A bird's-eye view...

Gatlinburg's newest family-friendly destination is tucked into the landscape of the Smoky Mountains, where it seamlessly blends whimsical architecture with East Tennessee's natural beauty. Anakeesta offers aerial activities like ziplining, a children's treehouse village and a magnificent tree canopy walk with 14 platforms and six suspension bridges that provide a bird's-eye view of the forest floor. Coming up: an amphitheatre back by stunning Mount LeConte.

History on view...

The new Tennessee State Museum, set to open Autumn 2018, lies in the shadow of the state capitol on Nashville's Bicentennial Mall State Park, which features advances in technology and interactive displays for the visitor experience. The institution's first stand-alone location is anchored by the Tennessee Time Tunnel, an experiential, chronological overview of the state's historical milestones with six offshoots that feature rotating in-depth exhibits. Another exciting new feature is a 250-seat Digital Learning and Outreach Center for live broadcasts and special presentations.

Waves of the Future...

The additional 106,000 square feet of seasonal outdoor water amenities includes a wave pool with a giant LED movie screen.
