Museums Mississippi Civil Rights Museum TWO MISSISSIPPI ‘This Little Light of Mine’ Exhibition at the MS Civil Rights Museum Every third Saturday of the month offers free admisssion to the two Mississippi museums, but note they are closed on Mondays. The Museum of Mississippi History’s theme - ‘One Mississippi, Many Stories’ - runs throughout eight galleries, exploring the many diverse people who contributed to 15,000 years of history from prehistoric times to present day.
