Amtrak serves Louisiana primarily through New Orleans as its main hub station, with key routes like the City of New Orleans (to Chicago) and the Sunset Limited (connecting East & West Coasts), offering scenic journeys offering stunning bayous and Gulf Coast views, with stations in cities such as Hammond, Lafayette, Lake Charles, and New Iberia, connecting travellers to various destinations across the country. 

Amtrak offers a variety of ways to experience their services.
